- Primero. CONFIRMAR en todas sus partes el Auto del dos (2) de mayo de dos mil diecinueve (2019), proferido por el despacho de la Magistrada Ponente en el proceso D-13165, doctora Gloria Stella Ortiz Delgado, mediante el cual se rechazo la demanda presentada por Roberto Felipe Munoz Ortiz contra el articulo 193 (parcial) de la Ley 906 de 2004.
- Segundo. Por intermedio de la Secretaria General, COMUNIQUESE el contenido de esta decision a la demandante, advirtiendo que contra ella no procede recurso alguno.
- Tercero. Una vez quede ejecutoriado el presente auto, ARCHIVESE el expediente.
